Upon modification, your continued use of this site signifies your acceptance of any and all changes.

All content on this site including, but not limited to audio, sounds, software, video, text, photographs and graphics is the property of Supreme Network and/or it's affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, or licensors. All content is subject to the appropriate copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws. You may use the content only for your personal use. You must keep intact all copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices or marks. You may not copy or reproduce any content obtained from this site except for your own personal use. You agree not to alter, modify, publish, distribute, sell, broadcast, transmit, create derivative works from, or edit any content without the expressed written permission of Supreme Network and/or any appropriate third parties. Any copyright infringement will result in termination of service and possible legal action.

Watermarking
Supreme Network uses digital watermarking technology to protect its and its licensor's intellectual property. A watermark is an invisible tag that allows Supreme Network to know from where a file originated. Each MP3 file you download from Supreme Network will contain a watermark. This watermark may contain licensing information, copyright information and information particular to your order. You agree to not alter, extract, remove or tamper in any way with the watermarks in files you download from this site.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Use of Supreme Network is at your own risk. Supreme Network offers no other warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Supreme Network does not warrant that any content on this site is accurate, or that this site will be available at any particular time.

Limitation of Liability
Supreme Network, its divisions, subsidiaries, partners, licensors, or agents shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use or inability to use this site. This includes any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages. Nor shall Supreme Network be liable for the costs of substitute goods or services or the costs of goods or services resulting from unauthorized access or transmission alterations. You hereby waive any and all claims against Supreme Network and its divisions, subsidiaries, partners, licensors or agents arising from any use of this site.

Recurring Payments
Our 1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 12 month subscription packages are recurring and will be automatically renewed on the day of expiry.

Cancelling Subscriptions
If you wish to cancel a subscription manually, you can do so via your PayPal or Stripe dashboard. Alternatively, contact us and we'll assist you in cancelling. 

Refunds
Our policy covers us against refunds. Since we provide non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is downloaded. Please note that we offer digital products, not services, so there is no way to close access to the files that you’ve already received.

The Consumer Rights Act gives you rights to claim against the seller if your digital download is faulty. As a seller, we can issue a refund if there is a technical problem and we can't help you to resolve the matter. In those cases the refund period is 60 days from the moment of the purchase.

Bespoke Productions and Coupon Codes
Users who subscribe to our site using a coupon code will forfeit their right to have a bespoke production transcribed for them by Supreme MIDI. 

What We Collect
We may collect the following information:
• name and date of birth
• contact information including email address
• demographic information such as location and preferences
• other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

What We Do with the Information We Gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
• Internal record keeping.
• We may use the information to improve our products and services.
• We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
• From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

Requesting Information
If you wish to be provided with all of the information that we have collected about you, please contact our support team. 

Deleting Your Account
To delete your account with us along with all of the information stored with us, please contact our support team. 

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supreme Network and any of its partners, affiliates and their employees or representatives from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to your use or misuse of this site. This includes but is not limited to any infringement by you or any other user of your account of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.

Third Party Sites
Supreme Network does not control the content of the internet outside of its site. We may provide links to other sites which are beyond our control. Inclusion of a link is not an endorsement or recommendation of the site. You acknowledge that Supreme Network is not responsible for the content of third party sites and understand that we make no claims as to the quality or legality of any such site and hereby waive any claim you might have in regard to such.

Restatement
Should any part of this agreement be legally deemed in conflict with the laws which govern these terms of service, such part will be considered to be restated in accordance with the applicable laws and reflecting the original intentions as nearly as possible. The remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

Consequences for Violations
Should it be determined at Supreme Network's sole discretion that you have violated this user agreement or have demonstrated other inappropriate conduct, we reserve the right to notify you of a breach of terms of service via email and/or edit or remove any content provided by you and/or with or without notice terminate your access to this site. We also reserve the right to notify and fully cooperate with law enforcement for further action and take any other action we deem appropriate.

Applicable Law
This User Agreement/Terms of Service and any dispute arising thereof shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland UK. You agree that any litigation arising out of these terms of service or your use of this site shall be filed only in the courts located in Scotland.

Modification of Supreme Network
We reserve the right to change, modify or discontinue any or all content and/or services of Supreme Network with or without notice and without liability to you or any other parties.

Modification of User Agreement/Terms of Service
We may modify this User Agreement/Terms of Service at any time with or without notification. Your continued use of Supreme Network following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Cookie Policy
A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed onto your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps examine web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site.
